Superior concept which takes a standard wheel and places it between the two buttons on a standard mouse.

This wheel allows the user to scroll up and down or zoom in and out on certain programs. This button can also serve as a third button. Including all of the above features it adds several additional features.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Small wheel - that allows you to: scroll, click once to double-click, open help, open Windows Explorer, open the start menu.
Click Lock - Allows you to click the title bar, text, etc. and hold for a few seconds and drag / highlight without having to hold the mouse down.
Click Saver - Allows you to click once where normally you would have to click twice.
Focus - When moving the mouse cursor over the title bar will bring window to top.
Odometer - Keeps track of the distance your pointer has traveled on your screen .
Orientation - Trains windows into which way is up, down, left, and right by the way that you hold the mouse.
Pointer Wrap - Jumps the pointer from top to bottom or left to right and vise versa; however, it does not work in Windows NT.
Smart Speed - Slows the pointer down when moving over an icon, button, borders, and other controls throughout Windows.
SnapTo - Automatically moves your cursor to the default button when a dialog box opens.
Sonar - When pressing CTRL on the keyboard will create a sonar effect to help you locate your mouse.
Vanish - Hides the mouse when you begin to type.

Not able to scroll in Address Book in Microsoft Outlook 97.

Microsoft Outlook does support the Microsoft Intellimouse; however, the address book is accessed through Exchange, which does not support the Microsoft Intellimouse; therefore, you will not be able to use this feature in Address Book.

When using the wheel on the mouse to scroll up and down in Explorer it is choppy.

This can sometimes be caused by Windows NT assuming that the mouse is a PS/2 mouse. To resolve this issue, click Start / Settings / Control panel / Double-click mouse / Click the wheel tab / check the box to disable the Turn on wheel, then re-apply the check to again enable the feature / Click ok, and the issue should be resolved.

The pointer wrap around does not work in Windows NT.

This special feature is not designed to work in Windows NT; therefore, it cannot be utilized.
