Interference with cordless phones / ham radios.

Issue:

Interference with cordless phones / ham radios.

Cause:

Interferences

Solution:

It is possible for computer speakers to pickup cordless devices and transmit them through the speakers. Generally, when this occurs, you will be able to hear individuals over your speakers.

To resolve this issue, ensure that your computer case is completely closed and that there are no large openings anywhere on the computer.

Verify your computer speaker wires have no cuts openings in them.

Attempt to move the sound card to another PCI or ISA slot.
