Cause:

The incorrect version of the boot files are not in the root directory of the bootable drive.

Solution:

Using a Windows bootable diskette, boot the computer and at the A:\> prompt type the below command.

sys c:

This should return "System Transferred." Once transferred, reboot the computer without the diskette and the issue should be resolved.
