Can a NTFS partition be accessed using a bootable diskette?

Question:

Can a NTFS partition be accessed using a bootable diskette?

Answer:

Because of security constraints, you cannot access a NTFS partition using a bootable diskette. To access information on this diskette you must place this drive in another computer with a workable version of Windows NT and take ownership of that drive.
